It is with deep sadness and remore that we mark the passing of a longtime friend, advocate, and hero to many. Leo or Leotron as he was known on the internet was a wonderful friend to many of us. We are just learning about his passing on July 5th and we’re not sure of the details. If anyone has an update PLEASE let us know. Links to the announcements and obituary are below. We are suspending posts for bit in memorial.

I feel messed up for reblogging this because my brain still doesn’t really comprehend this.  I guess I’m reblogging in case any of his friends didn’t know that follow me, because I was too sad to actually make posts with any specifics in them or contact anybody that we mutually knew when I learned about this, I’m sorry for that.  

I don’t really know how to cope with loss, and I hope that his close friends in NY (and everywhere else) are dealing and being there for one another.  Thinking of you, even when I don’t have the tenacity to type it out via the internet.

My heart hurts so much right now. I was just crying for dumb trivial feeling sorry for myself reasons and then I see this. I don’t know how to deal. Fuck fuck fuck. I only talked to him a few times, but he was the very best kind of people. I feel completely broken and I barely knew him.
